WELLYOUNG polyester acoustic panel (PET panel) is made from 100% polyester fiber, Containing a minimum of 60% post-consume recycled material (PET bottle-flake). WELLYOUNG polyester fiber acoustic panel is completely safe, non-toxic, non-allergenic and non-irritant.

WELLYOUNG Polyester Acoustic Panel (PET panel) is made from 100% polyester with a minimum of 60% post-consumer recycled material (PET bottle-flake) + 40% virgin fiber, very Environmental friendly, as they do not release any toxic gases.
WELLYOUNG Polyester Acoustic Panel using 60% post-consumer waste recycled PET, from soft drink and detergent bottles. Recycled bottles are flaked into tiny chips before being cleansed, heated and forced through a spinneret to create thousands of thread-like fibers. These fibers are then cooled, set into a fine web and compressed into board that can be cut, thermoformed, CNC-routed or custom printed. The production process is completely physical & eco-friendly, no waste water, emissions, waste,. no adhesive.
The porous nature of acoustic panel makes it excellent sound absorptive & thermal insulation and have high soundproof performance, better than wooden and fiberglass.
